CINCOROSAS (Five Roses) is an original illustration by Mathew Humphries depicting a bouquet of five roses with hypnotic spiral petal linework, created April 2, 2026. The roses are arranged in a lush, overlapping cluster rising from a single bundle of stems, set against a deep blue/violet background scattered with small diamond shapes — a decorative pattern that gives the piece a rich, almost wallpaper-like quality. The swirling petal linework has an unmistakable Van Gogh energy, dense and expressive and alive. This listing is for the Risograph reproduction print of that illustration.

Printed in a two-color RISO combination of fluorescent pink and navy blue, the result is electric and bold — the pink roses glow against the deep navy background with striking contrast. A second colorway featuring warm red/coral roses against the blue background is also shown in the reference images.

These are special limited Risograph reproductions produced by RISO Studio Arts, a local printmaking studio in Chinatown, Los Angeles. Color matching, color separation, and precise cardstock cutting were handled by printmaster technician Jun Ha.
